This site is dedicated to promoting the creation of a transcontinental aqueduct spanning the United States of America which will drastically reduce (if not stopping) the damage caused by flooding each year, create jobs, turn the dust bowl into a lushest agricultural centers, dramatically impacting food shortages, and all but eliminating the regional water shortages, while providing a bio-diverse ecosystem for many endangered species. We have spent too many resources in the form of military forces, trying to protect ourselves from a world where resources continue to dwindle. We have long surpassed the marginal utility of the military; having to create and maintain ever larger scales of force in order to stay ahead. It's time for a new approach.
